Quik-Price Builder software is used to create a database of your product and pricing information. The data is easily exported from your current database system and then imported into Quik-Price Builder.

How is the E-Catalog program created?

Irrisoft will work with you to create a software solution that is completely unique to your business. You provide information about logos, color schemes, and other styles unique to your business and Irrisoft will put the program together. You will be involved every step of the way as Irrisoft creates a reflection of your business on a single CD for your customers.

What if my prices change over time?

Quik-Price Builder makes it easy to send pricing updates to your customers. Quik-Price Builder will create price level specific files that you can then email to your customers or give to them on disk or CD. Pricing updates will be exported from your current product database system.

How are product information files added to the E-Catalog?

In Quik-Price Builder product information files are linked to individual products or to product groups. Irrisoft has sample product information files from many manufacturers that can be easily added using the Wizard Match in Quik-Price Builder. The Wizard Match matches products from your database to products from the Irrisoft database based on part numbers and descriptions.

What can my customer do with an E-Catalog?

A Quik-Price E-Catalog program is more than just a catalog of product and pricing information. The program provides tools to help customers to create material lists for jobs that include sell prices as well as cost prices, create purchase orders, and print reports from the information. Reports can be used for invoicing, estimates, accounting, and more.
