Amidst this natural beauty is a system of parks and green strips that makes Washington City a sought after location for many.

Maintaining this beauty in the middle of a desert is no easy task. Adjusting controllers to meet the needs of the various sites was time consuming for Parks Superintendent Dave Jordan. It meant trying to figure out just how much water the landscape would need to stay healthy.
